2. 结合个人兴趣和职场方向，陪跑干中学
每个学员都不一样。我们把你的个人兴趣和职场方向拧成一条线：你在干中学，做的是对你重要的事，而不是为所有人设计的练习。教练一场一场陪跑，陪你跨过你真实项目里真实的坎。
3. 基于开源智能体，可再次封装输出独立产品或项目
工具是开源智能体技术栈——VClaw，由 pi 与 Prime 重新打包，免费装进你自己的硬件。而毕业条款才是重点：学员可以把整套技术栈再次封装，输出属于自己的独立产品或项目。你毕业时拥有的不是一份岗位描述，而是一个自己做出来的东西——以及继续做出更多东西的权利。

When AI commoditizes making — code, design, operations all get cheaper — the scarce skill becomes deciding what to build. That is product design and management. VClaw Coaching is built around that single thesis: the people who cross the AI era are the ones who can turn a problem into a product, and drive it to done. VClaw Coaching is not a course. It is 陪跑 — accompaniment: a cycle-crossing product manager runs alongside you while you build your real project.
What VClaw Coaching Is
Three commitments define us:
1. Led by a product manager who has crossed tech cycles
Not a tutorial, not a lecture series — 领衔辅导. Your coach has shipped across two technology cycles, from 2017 to 2026 (the full story). When you hit a wall, you are not consulting a syllabus; you are being walked through by someone who has already crossed this terrain, in the era when it was unmapped.
2. Accompaniment, personalized — 结合个人兴趣和职场方向，陪跑干中学
Every learner is different. We combine your personal interests and career direction into a single running thread: you learn by doing (干中学), on work that matters to you, not on exercises designed for everyone. The coach runs beside you, session after session, through the actual obstacles of your actual project.
3. Built on open-source agents — and you may re-package them
The tooling is the open-source agent stack — VClaw, repackaged from pi & Prime, free to install on your own hardware. And the graduation clause is the point: trainees may re-package the stack into their own independent products or projects. You do not graduate into a job description; you graduate with something you built — and the right to build more.
Who It Is For

- Under 18, building for fun — the creative track. STEM and AI-coding projects, games, things that surprise you. Curiosity first; career later. Same accompaniment, same open stack, no pressure to be “on a path” yet.
