不是孵化器，不是加速器，也不是”陪跑”式的顾问服务。我们用同一个判断重写了机构本身：在 AI 时代，公司的诞生模式变了，支撑公司诞生的机构也必须改变。
为什么旧模式失效
孵化器与加速器建立在”时间”这个前提上：一批一批、一季一季，创业公司沿着 SaaS 的十年曲线迭代——build, measure, learn, repeat。
AI 公司不走这条曲线。一个能用的产品会在极短时间内遇到即时的市场拉力（instant market pull），几个月完成过去需要数年的规模跃迁。这不是特例，这就是新的诞生模式。
于是旧机构提供的一切——方法论、人脉、批次的仪式感——都变成了稀缺品之外的东西。AI 时代真正稀缺的不是建议，而是把公司从 Day 0 就搭起来的能力。没有基础设施的辅导只是一场对话；而对话不发版。
我们做什么：Day 0 联合创办

About Chatek.co
Chatek.co is the Company Formation Partner for Chatek Companies.
Not an incubator. Not an accelerator. Not an advisory “co-running” service. We rewrote the institution around a single observation: in the AI era, the way companies are born has changed — so the institution that supports their birth must change too.
Why the old model fails
Incubators and accelerators assume time — batch by batch, quarter by quarter, along the decade-long SaaS curve. AI companies do not take that curve.
Which is why the old institutions offer everything except the scarce thing: not advice, but the capacity to stand a company up from Day 0.
What we do: Day-0 co-formation
Chatek.co enters the primordial soup — the place where a company is actually formed.
- From 陪跑 to Co-Building — entity structure, product architecture, and the first hard decisions. By the time a company can be “advised,” we are already inside it, building.
- Sovereign infrastructure — email mediation (MailClaw), agent orchestration (PicoClaw), zero-trust identity (VGate / Kratos / SpiceDB), Matrix integration, and local/edge execution. A turnkey agentic backbone that the company owns outright rather than rents from a platform.
- Spike amplification — the founder brings the spike: the domain insight, the technical breakthrough, the reason this company should exist. We take the rest — operations, coordination, compliance plumbing — so the founder’s attention compounds 100% on the spike.

The Thesis
We are retiring the language of incubation.
An incubator assumes time. Batch by batch, quarter by quarter, startups iterated along a decade-long SaaS curve — build, measure, learn, repeat. That curve no longer describes how AI companies are born. AI ventures skip the slow slope: a working product meets instant market pull and reaches enormous scale in months, not years. This is not an outlier. It is the new birth pattern.
When the birth pattern changes, the institution that supports it must change with it. Incubators, accelerators, and advisory “co-running” services were built for the old curve. They offer guidance, introductions, and generic methodology — everything except the thing that has become scarce. In the AI era, coaching without infrastructure is a conversation, and a conversation does not ship a company.
Chatek.co is the Company Formation Partner for Chatek Companies. We enter on Day 0 — not as advisors, but as co-builders inside the primordial soup where a venture is actually formed: structuring the entity, architecting the product, and standing up the sovereign agent stack from the first commit.
The founder brings the spike — the domain insight, the technical breakthrough, the singular reason this company should exist. We take the rest: communication mediation (MailClaw), agent orchestration (PicoClaw), zero-trust identity (VGate, Kratos, SpiceDB), Matrix integration, and local-first execution — along with the operational load that would otherwise dilute the spike.
That division of labor is the entire thesis: the founder’s spike, amplified by infrastructure the founder does not have to invent. What emerges is not a startup that might find product-market fit someday. It is a Chatek Company — sovereign by construction, agentic from its first day, and moving at the speed the market actually runs.
